技术人员给我回复的消息是：According to your trace-route you see a large jump in response time on the last 2 hops of china's network (Hops 8,9) Going from a 4ms response time to 138ms response time in 1 hop is kind of high.  Also it appears that you are missing responses while your traffic travels though Africa (Hops 10 - 13)  You will need to work with your ISP for assistance with why their network is having issues with the connection though Africa.  Since we are the destination there is very little we can do about the quality of connection your ISP has chosen for your traffic to us.
